This is specifically designed and developed for the pre infusion dispensing operation in hospitals. The dispensing cabinet adopts high-efficiency air purification, drug testing lamps, and automatic heating technology for medication, which can create a locally high cleanliness dispensing operation air environment and can pre warm and light detect the clarity of the dispensed medication. It can be used centrally or dispersedly in various departments of the hospital, suitable for ICU, preparation room, outpatient, and emergency use.
When working, the filtered air is pressed into the static pressure box by the fan, and then sent downwards in a vertical laminar flow from the top of the operating area through a two-stage high-efficiency filter. The bottom of the operating area sucks out the airflow and air in the operating area with an air volume greater than the inlet air, thus creating a negative pressure environment in the operating area to ensure that the gas in the operating area will not leak out. The negative pressure airflow is used to filter the gas contaminated with drugs in the workbench through directional filtration (reaching 10000 levels) and discharge it. The volatile harmful drug particles are adsorbed on the high-efficiency filter, with a filtration efficiency of 99.99%. This not only prevents harmful drugs from harming operators and polluting the surrounding environment, but also keeps the dispensing process clean and sterile.
1. The upper cabinet of the dispensing cabinet is equipped with a negative pressure air duct, which forms an air curtain and double-layer isolation between the working area and the external environment. At the same time, the working area is surrounded by positive pressure airflow to ensure that the drugs are not contaminated by indoor air;

Operating instructions
1. Connect to a 220V, 50H AC power supply;
If the air supply and exhaust filters of the equipment do not meet the specified requirements, the equipment will sound and light an alarm to prompt the user to immediately replace the filter to protect their safety;
3. Press the power button, and the pressure difference display defaults to the supply pressure difference, with a value of zero;
After pressing the power button, other function keys can be used: lighting, heating and insulation, fan, air volume adjustment, and display content switching.
5. Before dispensing, turn on the dispensing cabinet fan to purify the air for 30 minutes. After purifying the dispensing room, start the dispensing operation;
6. Clarity Light Detection Method: When conducting a light detection of the clarity of the medicine solution, invert the medicine bottle containing the medicine solution under a lamp, do not illuminate the medicine bottle with light, observe the dark impurities in the medicine solution with a white liner, then illuminate the medicine bottle with light, and observe the light impurities in the medicine solution with a matte black liner. If any abnormal phenomena such as turbidity, precipitation, crystallization, discoloration, etc. are found during the dispensing process, the operation should be stopped immediately, the cause should be identified and resolved before continuing;
7. The temperature displayed on the control panel is the gas temperature measured by the temperature sensor, not the temperature of the medicine inside the bottle. Generally, when the bottled medicine is heated in the heating and insulation cabinet for 2-4 hours, the control panel displays a temperature of 30-35 ℃, and the medicine temperature can reach 30-37 ℃. Therefore, the medication that needs to be prepared should be heated in a heating and insulation cabinet 2-4 hours before the dispensing operation.
8. Please confirm whether the patient needs to use heated medication or whether the patient's condition is suitable for using heated medication.

Precautions
Before connecting to the AC power supply, ensure that the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the input voltage of the dispensing cabinet and the voltage is stable, and ensure that the rated load of the power socket is not less than this requirement; This medicine cabinet uses a grounding plug, which has a third pin and can only be used with a grounded power socket. This is a safety device. If the plug cannot be inserted into the socket, an electrician should be asked to install a grounded power socket;
During the use of the equipment, do not place soft or delicate items (such as soft tissues) on the table to prevent them from being sucked into the negative pressure air duct and fan through the suction port, which may affect the operation of the equipment;
3. Avoid vibration: Try to avoid using vibrating instruments (such as centrifuges, vortex oscillators, etc.) inside the cabinet, as vibration can shake off the particulate matter accumulated on the filter membrane, resulting in a decrease in the cleanliness of the operating room. Meanwhile, if the balance fails on the front operating surface, it can also cause contamination of the dispensing cabinet to the operator;
4. No open flames: No open flames are allowed in the medicine cabinet! During the use of open flames, it can cause turbulence in the airflow inside the dispensing cabinet and damage the filter. High temperature disinfection and sterilization are required during the experimental process, and it is strongly recommended to use an infrared sterilizer;
5. High efficiency filters have their service life. As the service life extends, dust and bacteria accumulate in the filter, which can increase the pressure loss of the high-efficiency filter. When the pressure increases to the point where an alarm sound is emitted, it is necessary to promptly contact our company's service department to replace the high-efficiency filter, otherwise it will affect the safety performance of the equipment. The replaced filter should be disposed of as medical waste.
6. The fan and its lower steel plate are the static pressure box cover, and the rear door is the negative pressure air duct baffle. These air ducts are strictly sealed at the factory to maintain their sealing properties. The operator must not loosen or remove the screws of these components. If there is a special need, it must be handled by our company's service personnel;
7. The grille near the front of the countertop is used for air intake. When operating the dispensing cabinet, do not block the grille, as this will affect the airflow of the dispensing cabinet. Suggest using a hand rest to solve this problem and reduce wrist fatigue for operators;
8. The total weight of all items hung on the hook should not exceed 5kg;
9. The storage period of the equipment is one year. Any equipment that has exceeded the storage period must be inspected by our technical personnel before it can be used.
